Are you satisfied ?: Yes, I was sad to lose the pine and have the maple thinned, but you did a very nice job.
Do you have any suggestions ?: No. I can't think of how to improve service. But don't forget to pick up the pine logs for your own firewood.

Are you satisfied ?: Very. The work was done quickly, carefully (it was a little tricky because of the location) and professionally. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. We know who to call the next time we have a problem.
